Quotes & pricing

Online price bands and instant quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed in writing by a technician after on-site diagnosis. Emergency or after-hours work may carry a priority fee, always disclosed before work begins.

Booking & cancellation

• Bookings are confirmed by phone or text before a technician is dispatched
• You may reschedule or cancel any time before the technician arrives
• We’ll always give you an up-front price before any work starts

Workmanship & warranty

Our repairs and installations are backed by a 1-year warranty on parts and labour, subject to the terms on our Warranty page. Warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts we supplied — not damage from misuse, accidents, or third-party alterations.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless other arrangements (such as financing) are agreed in writing. We accept standard payment methods; details are provided at time of service.

Liability

GDS Garage Door Solutions Inc. is licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or issues outside the scope of the work performed.
