We stand behind every job. Each repair and installation is backed by a 1-year warranty on parts and labour — and we’re fully licensed and insured.
What’s covered
- 1-year warranty on parts and labour for repairs and installs
- Manufacturer warranties on new doors and openers (often longer)
- Workmanship — if something we did isn’t right, we make it right
- High-cycle springs carry their full rated-cycle coverage
What’s not covered
Normal wear on older components we didn’t replace, damage from accidents, weather, or misuse, and work performed by others. If you’re unsure, just ask — we’ll tell you straight what the warranty covers before any work begins.
How to make a claim
Call (519) 933-3384 or email hello@garagedoorsolutions.ca with your job ID and a quick description. We’ll schedule a visit — warranty calls get priority routing.
